Description

Aardman Animations is an independent and multi-award-winning studio based in Bristol (UK) and co-founded in 1976 by Peter Lord and David Sproxton. It produces feature films, series, advertising, games and interactive entertainment, and has created much-loved characters including Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Timmy and Morph. The studio also runs the Aardman Academy, which has a commitment to nurturing talent by delivering excellence in film and animation training and mentoring.
Amanda Li loves creating and writing books for children. An art school graduate, she was a commissioning editor in children’s publishing for many years before becoming a full-time writer. She has worked on hundreds of fiction, non-fiction, humour and activity titles since then.
